We are an Amazon partner and we are looking for
reliable couriers / delivery drivers to join our team.
📋 Requirements
- ✅ EU passport or EU national ID card
- ✅ EU driving licence
💰 Pay
€16.20 gross per hour
- On average around 173 working hours per month
- At 173 hours that is €2,802.60 gross
- In tax class 1 that is roughly €1,950 net
The actual number of hours can vary. Some months have
more hours, others fewer.
⭐ Additional daily allowance
With at least average performance you also receive:
- €14 net per working day
- At an average number of hours that is roughly
€295 net extra per month
With at least average performance and no accident you
can reach around €2,250 net per month in
tax class 1.
Performance is rated every week using a
system with 5 categories. If you are in one of the two lowest categories,
no daily allowance is paid for that week.
Your contractually agreed wage is always paid.
🏆 Bonus for top performance
Very good performance earns additional bonuses.
In the "Fantastic Plus" category (category 1) the
company receives a bonus. If you are in the highest category as well,
you receive an extra €50 bonus per week.
🎁 Referral bonus
If you refer someone for a job with us and that person starts and
works with us for at least 1 month, you receive an
additional bonus of €100.
The bonus is paid for every referred person who starts
and stays at least one month.
🎓 Paid training
You get a fully paid induction:
- Day 1: classroom training
- Days 2 and 3: hands-on training with an
experienced driver
That way you are trained step by step and learn the job directly in
practice.
🕐 Shifts
- Around 80% of the routes run from
10:30 to 19:30 with a 45-minute break
- Around 20% of the routes are split shifts:
6:30 – 13:00 and 18:00 – 22:00
in the evening
- Sometimes there are shifts in the morning only or
in the evening only
⏱️ Working time
You record the start and end of your working time
yourself.
Working time is recorded to the minute — so the time
you actually work is documented exactly.
🏖️ Holiday and contract
- 20 days of paid holiday per year
- The contract is initially limited to 1 year
- 6 months probation period
🏠 Accommodation
If you need accommodation, it can be arranged through an
external partner.
The accommodation is organisationally independent of the
job.
Conditions:
- €470 per month
- Electricity included
- Maximum 2 people per room
- €200 one-off deposit
- The deposit is refunded when the accommodation is handed back in
proper condition
- Only 1 month notice period for the
accommodation
To make the start financially easier, we are happy to grant a
salary advance during the first two
months — so you do not have to pay the costs up front.
You transfer the rent yourself by online bank transfer
to the external landlord.
