Admins und Dispatcher erstellen in der App unter „Feedback“ ein Ticket, auf Wunsch mit Screenshot.

Die Antwortzeit gilt für Support-Tickets per E-Mail und in der App. Sie ist eine Reaktionszeit, keine Lösungszeit (§ 7 AGB).

Keine Zugangsdaten?

Konten für Fahrer und Dispatcher richtet Ihr Arbeitgeber ein, der DSP. Von ihm erhalten Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten. Bitte wenden Sie sich bei Fragen zum Login zuerst an ihn.

Passwort vergessen?

Wählen Sie auf der Anmeldeseite „Passwort vergessen?“ und geben Sie Ihre E-Mail-Adresse ein. Sie erhalten dann per E-Mail einen Link, mit dem Sie ein neues Passwort festlegen.

Feedback

Admins and dispatchers can open a ticket under Feedback in the app, with a screenshot if needed.

The reply time applies to support tickets sent by email or in the app. It is a response time, not a resolution time (§ 7 AGB, in German).

No Login Details?

Accounts for drivers and dispatchers are set up by your employer, the DSP, and you receive your login details from them. Please contact your employer first with questions about your login.

Forgot Your Password?

On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to set a new password.
